A webinar class has a teacher online with you. You take the class at a pre-arranged time You stay at your computer throughout the class. With a self-paced class you may take the class at your convenience, at a time you choose, and you can log in and out of the class as your schedule requires.
Which is better?
With a self-paced class you work at your own pace and work by yourself. A webinar has the advantages of having a teacher answer your specific questions. You may also participate in a live discussion or chat with other members of the class.
Do I have to take the webinar at a specific time?
Yes, it is only offered at pre-arranged times.
Are there any tests?
There are reviews as you cover the material. The questions are simple and straight-forward.
Has anyone ever failed the class?
No. If you miss too many questions, the teacher will help you and then you answer those questions again until you get the right answer.
How do I get my certificate?
You may print it off or download it.
What do I do with my certificate?
Mail or email a copy of your certificate your attorney. If you are representing yourself, you will want to turn your certificate into the court.
