Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a webinar and a self-paced online class?

A webinar class has a teacher online with you. You take the class at a pre-arranged time  You stay at your computer throughout the class. With a self-paced class you may take the class at your convenience, at a time you choose, and you can log in and out of the class as your schedule requires.

Which is better?

With a self-paced class you work at your own pace and work by yourself.  A webinar has the advantages of having a teacher answer your specific questions. You may also participate in a live discussion or chat with other members of the class.

Do I have to take the webinar at a specific time?
